• 1997年に発売した『ムットーニスモ』は以前のアナログ製版でしたので、フィルムを使っていました。現在の印刷方式にするためにフィルムをスキャンしなければならないのですが、そのとき80%に縮小してそのまま印刷したのが本書です。 親本は四六変型上製でしたが、縮小したことによって文庫本くらいの並製のかわいい本になりました。ただし、表紙は表1側のみ5ページのじゃばらになっていて、そこにムットーニの作品「楽士」の連続写真を展開しました。
  　親本にあった袋綴じはもちろん踏襲しています。袋に綴じられた隙間から黄色が覗いています。

• The original version of Muttonismo, which was published in 1997, used film-based analog plates. With current printing methods, those films need to be scanned, and when doing so the book was printed in a reduced format, about 80% of the original size. While the old book was large and came in a luxury binding, this shrunken version is a cute, regular binding in approximately paperback format. However, the front cover has a five-page accordion fold featuring a series of photos of Muttoni's piece The Musician.
  　Like the original book, this version is also double-leaved printed, of course, with the inside of the folds yellow.
